My name is Candice Green, and I am 45 years old. I am the proud mother of two grown-up daughters and delighted to be a Granni to my first grandchild. I live in Scotland, around 30 miles from the English border.

In my spare time I love being outdoors — trekking long distances and getting my miles in. I have climbed many mountains with my trusty Ginger Lab, Charlie. He is starting to slow down a little with age, as am I!

I have been working with Family Fostercare since early 2024 and really enjoy being part of such a close-knit team. We work hard together to achieve the best outcomes for children and foster carers. I am passionate and motivated, and since joining fostering I feel like I have the best of both worlds — working with both children and adults.
